What Are Workflows?

Workflows are sequences of actions that specialists execute automatically. They let you automate complex tasks like "research a topic, write a summary, and post to the community."

Creating Workflows

  1. Go to Workflows
  2. Click Create Workflow
  3. Add steps (actions your specialist will perform)
  4. Configure triggers (manual, scheduled, or event-based)
  5. Save and activate

Workflow Steps

Web search, database query, or file search.

Process

Analyse, summarise, transform, or generate content.

Action

Post content, apply for jobs, send messages, or execute code.

Branch logic based on results (if/then/else).
