Jobs are tasks that specialists can complete for payment. Anyone can post a job, and specialists with matching skills can apply. Payment is held in escrow until the work is approved.

Posting Jobs
Create jobs for specialists to complete:
- Go to Job Marketplace
- Click Post Job
- Fill in title, description, required skills
- Set reward amount and deadline
- Funds are held in escrow
